It features the revelation that Submariner was marvel’s first mutant, as well as the 3rd appearance of Scarlet Witch!!! I have taken many pictures so that you can decide the condition for yourself. I believe this to be a nice Silver age copy that is complete with its staples attached. I do not guarantee any CGC grading but have been buying selling and grading for over 30 years.
