There are light handling marks, scuffs, compressions and draglines. There are also a couple scattered scrapes and small chunks missing. The left side has a repaired crack by the magazine well. The inside action cut out has a small crack that looks like it has NOT been repaired. The wood has darkened with age. The left side of the stock has an old sales sticker from "RETTING INC.". Hardware is NOT included. This will be a fun project to restore your M1 Garand. With a little TLC this can be a great original replacement piece.
