Description: WW1 US AEF Home Front Son In Service Plaque 3.5 x 5.5 Inch I am not an expert on this topic - theres actually very little reference or research to be found on this piece - i only found info on it in a few places - i am assuming because it is scarce. You are buying this based on your own knowledge and research. In overall good shape - there are general signs of age/wear throughout. One of the corners in particular is a bit bent which has allowed some separation from what appears to be the brass/copper plate and steel? Silver backing. All corners and the plaque itself show handling/age. I did not attempt to polish or alter due to its nature. The plaque is 5.5” tall and 3.5” wide. It weighs about 5oz. There are mounting holes on all 4 corners. Refer to the pictures- dont hesitate to contact me with anything. Thank you.
