Description: Blue & White Transferware Landscape Blue Creamer W.R. Midwinter England For consideration is this vintage blue and white transferware creamer made by W.R. Midwinter Pottery in England, in their Landscape Blue pattern. One of the scenes depicted includes people. This creamer measures 3½ inches tall, the mouth measures 2½ inches in diameter, 5 inches from spout to handle and the base measures 2½ inches in diameter. The base is stamped in blue ink with the pattern name and logo but I am unable to determine the age of the creamer based on the backstamp. There is a very small chip on the right side of the spout (see photos). There are no other problems noted. Buyer will receive FREE shipping. Thank you for looking! NOTE: The Midwinter Pottery was founded as W.R. Midwinter by William Robinson Midwinter in Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent in 1910 and had become one of England's largest potteries by the late 1930s with more than 700 employees. Production of Midwinter pottery ceased in 1987.
