I obtained this directly from Paris Themmen ("Mike TeeVee") and it comes with the original mailing envelope, addressed by Themen himself. Nickerson passed away in 2019 and images signed by all five of the kids in the cast are getting scarce. Great piece of movie history with awesome provenance.
