It features a steam engine with "Empire State Express 999" on the train. It has the original upc code and clear plastic on the bottom (which has some soiling, but protected the bottom all of these years). Some light scratches on the front. Signed. Measures about 4 1/2" in diameter. Hand made, wrought, hammered. Stand not included. I have more great WAF and other aluminum collectibles.
