Description: Vintage WW2 U.S. 1944 DIAMOND CALK Military Trenching Pick Axe, With Original U.S. 1943 Wood Handle. Pick axe head has scratches, and marks, from normal use, the writing is in excellent condition, and very legible. Dimensions are: Pick axe head is 13" Wide, overall length with wood handle is approx. 17". The patina is beautiful. The original wood handle has a date U.S. 1943. Handle has scratches, marks, and some nicks. Handle has no cracks, handle still has some of the original Olive Drab paint. Vintage WW2 U.S. 1944 Diamond Calk, trenching pick axe, and the original U.S. 1943 Wood handle are in very good used condition. If only this piece could talk, "My The Stories".
