Some pages have fingerprints with residue from being used while cooking. The stapled binding is torn and the front and back covers are barely attached. No handwriting present on either item. Looks like water damage marks on inside of the front cover. Creases and folded over corner on the cover of the booklet. The Service Warranty is near mint. Very slight discoloration and a small fold in the lower right corner of the certificate. The gold is not worn on the embossed stamp.
