My daughter went into college in the early 1990s and she did a great job decorating her apartment with things pieces she acquired at garage sales and local estate sales - she refurbished and used everything and saved us a lot of money. The best part is after she graduated college, had her degree, and moved on out of state, she left all her goodies in our home. I'm now cleaning my home out. I'm amazed at what I find and I have to call her and ask "where you get this" and "what's this"? In any event, she acquired this while at college and used it in her apartment that she shared with three other young ladies. She's never really added anything to it from what I can see except maybe the two lambs and the bull - they did not originally come with this Fontanini set. It is still in the original box; however, the family registry that came with it is not included. There's no damage and there's no issues! It's a lovely set for your Christmas decor from the famous Fontanini company. The pieces are all either signed and dated and some have trademarks on them, but they're all Fontanini.
