Pieces may not be complete and some have breaks. All pieces have discoloration, scuffs, scratches, stains, and general wear from age and use. The building has a lot of rust on it and I'm assuming it's missing quite a bit. The tunnel is loose on one end, being held together by a paper clip. I don't know if the school house kit is complete.
