It is in very nice condition and would be awesome for any retro prom party or costume!!! It is solid light blue with ruffles on the chest. The shirt has a straight collar, is 65% dacron polyester/ 35% cotton, the cuffs require cufflinks, and three of the front buttons require button studs.
