Description: 1953 Vogue Strung Ginny with a lovely face, the rare brown-eyed/blonde combination, and even, highly blushed (fevered) cheeks with no scuffs. she has lovely, clear brown sleep eyes that work entirely on their own. No scratches to her eyelids. She sports her original light blonde wig styled in "paintbrush" braids with a curlicue of bangs. The wig is clean, shiny, and the wig seam in intact. Her eyelashes and her eyebrows are barely visible and pale olive in color (her only flaw). Ginny is appropriately marked "Vogue Doll" on her back, and "Vogue" on her neck and is a strung doll, not a walker, can stand on her own, hold all poses, and has no seam splits, cracks, stains or odors. Her body is richly, evenly toned and all parts match in color. She has all her fingers and toes and is a lovely, clean doll. Ginny is dressed in a the 1953 "Nan" #32 pinafore dress of lavender cotton with a wide eyelet hem and shoulder accents, trimmed in tiny pink rickrack. This near mint condition dress closes in back with the original hook and eye closure with no rust, as is tagged with a "Vogue" tag. She wears the matching bloomers with slightly loose elastic a the waist, but the bloomers stay up fine. She wears her original pink satin slippers with original ribbon ties. I have added a purple Valentine heart on a lavender wrist ribbon just for fun. This is a very beautiful, 71-year-old Ginny in wonderful, near mint condition ready for you to enjoy.
