Description: Vogue 8" Ginny The Enchanted Doll 1987 - 1988 COA #1556/2500 Never Displayed. She is a hard vinyl version (like hard plastic) and is strung. I am the original owner and she has been stored in my doll closet in her original box all these years. When I opened the box for the first time in a dozen years, her arms were no longer attached, nor was her head. I restrung them. She is a very cute doll in the sweetest pink gingham frock decorated with ruffles, pink rick-rack, and pink bows. The dress has an attached white petticoat edged in lace. Her pantaloons have a double row of lace, underneath she wears white tights which have simple white cloth shoes attached to them. The soles have come off and could be re-glued by the new owner, or left as is. Her accessories include a matching parasol, a white plastic stand, white comb & brush, a Ginny Brochure, a COA, a packing certificate, and a hang tag. She comes with her original box, and a plain sleeve to the box. What is unusual about this doll is that she has root beer BROWN EYES. All of the Enchanted Ginny Dolls I have seen on eBay have had blue eyes. Non-smoking home. Sold as is. I am down-sizing and will continue to list my collectibles.
