Description: Original studio made cabinet photo, which is a photographic print mounted on a heavy card stock, with the photo and card stock measuring 8 1/2 " x 5 3/4" and the actural photo measuring 5 5/8" x3 5/8". Back of the frame opens for a second piece of cardboard, which then allows the photo to stand up (see my photos). The item does not say where the picture was taken, but on the bottom of the frame it says B. Buben Studio, St Louis Mo., so I assume the boy in the picture was from St Louis. The photo is not dated, but based on the clothes on the boy, my guess is that this is from circa 1930. Also based on how he is dressed, my guess is that this is a communion photo. Condition is very good-there may be on spot on the photo near the boys right shoe that can omly be seen when the photo is turned in the light a certain way. From a pet free and smoke free home-the photo and frame have no odor.
