Description: I am selling this for a friend who is helping her sister clean out the attic of their family home where many treasures have been stored for decades. This cuckoo clock seems to have all the pieces - decorative bird top, cuckoo bird inside the door, pendulum, chains and weights. I just don't know how to test it to see if it works! With the bird and the pendulum, it measures about 18" long. The main body measures about 10&1/2" by 8". The bird attachment at the top has been repaired. There is a "Germany" mark inside where the workings of the clock are. The wooden back is stamped "Old Timers Clocks, Route 17, Paramus" with a phone number and the date 5-85 hand written. My husband and I spent over 30 years collecting and selling at flea markets and antique shows and now are finding all kinds of treasures in our carriage barn full of stuff to post on eBay.
