It looks very old and most of the vintage inner tags look very 60s or 70s. This one like like it is from the 30s based on other theater clothing tags that I have come across. I read that he choreographed for broadway and I believe that this was a costume made by him for a production . I have a screenshot of his wiki page and this seems like it could have fit into one the plays he worked on. Romeo and Juliet comes to mind with the lace collar I bought this from an estate that had some very very old costumes Santelli won an Olympic metal at the 1920 Olympics. This is a rare piece of history
