Description: In 1996 I went to a place in Pomona California to watch an RC car race. I was blown away and had to find out how I could get one for myself. The place was called The Ranch Pit Shop and the truck that was hot then was the newly released Losi GTX nitro truck. Losi had beaten their arch rival Associated to market with a nitro stadium truck and it was very fast! I got to know the regulars who were some of the best drivers in the world at the time. I made friends with Gil Losi's brother Allen who showed me how to setup my truck and it was totally dialed. Then the best part was I got the legend himself, Ron Paris, to tune my engine for me which I can prove by his initials engraved into the engine itself (see pictures) The track conditions would change from week to week so I was constantly buying more sets of tires and wheels. It was a fun but expensive hobby and as you can see in my pictures I did everything to my truck to make it faster. The extras are numerous but I will try to mention most of them. 4 rates of factory shock springs and 4 different viscosities of shock oilA Novak Mercury receiver. An Airtronics 94158 ball bearing metal gear high torque steering servo and a 94737 ball bearing high speed throttle and brake servo. The original gas tank got a chunk broken out of the neck so I include a hard to find new factory replacement for you to install.Full ball bearing steering bell crank setup. Graphite front armsO.S. Max CZ-12Z Engine tuned by Ron ParisM.I.P. 2-N-1 clutch and shiny CVD dogbanesLunsford titanium turnbukles (comes with the Lunsford wrench bought separately)Dynamite Ultra-Start starter box with dual battery packs and dual motor belt drive system. And I am also including the Futaba 3PJ super transmitter that was almost $500 back in the '90's.All original owners manuals, factory parts lists and racing setup sheets. All the original receipts and paperwork for all the parts and upgrades (Top level RC racing is not for the faint of wallet)Unfortunately the super soft racing tires haven't made it through to the present as I gave them all away a long time ago but it does come with a set of Losi street tires mounted on a set of HPI wheels. It comes with the last custom painted body I ran it with and the original factory body painted purple by me. I know there is no way to recoup even a fraction of what I spent on this back in the day but I feel it is a bargain for this piece of the most intense racing truck from the late 1990's If you think I am out of line with the price then send me a message with a reasonable offer.
