Description: All Silk, natural waist dress covered with 9 1/2" x 4" crescent-shaped self-fabric ruffles. All original materials used to rebuild the torn underarm areas. Photos #11 and #12 show the left arm. Photos #13 and #14 show the right arm. Bodice has two layers: outer silk black/white with inner white liner. Skirt has three layers: outer ruffles, inner skirt of same fabric, and liner of white. Bust 40" Waist 32" Hips 42". Shoulders are 15" across. Shoulder to waist is 16" Waist to hem is 25" Dress is 41" long. The inner skirt is 42" around the hips and 45" around the hem. The outer ruffled skirt is 56" around the hips and 50" around the hem. The armholes are 22" around with 11" cuffs. The sleeves are 10" long. There is a 20” old metal zipper up the center back with a hook and eye at the top. The dress is in excellent wearable condition. There are no stains or holes, and all seams are intact. It has been hand washed in Woolite and hung to dry. No ironing required. Packed to mail it weighs 1 lb in a 15x11x3 envelope.
