Description: VERY RARE ANTIQUE! This boomerang is a beautiful piece of Australian culture. Hand-painted by an Aborigine artist from the Madoroma Studio in Berrima, Australia, this boomerang is a true work of art. The kangaroos and hand painted art make it a unique piece guessed to made in the 1960’s. Cool kangaroos , flowers, Aborigine designs with Lunar Moon Cycle artwork on each side. No cracks, stains, or major defects - very slight chipping, along back edge as shown. Type of wood is unknown, but it’s very hardwood and has been stained /sealed; however, I would recommend a new coat of protectant if you plan to use it, to keep the wood waterproof.
