It does have a couple of small issues. The bottom black base needs cleaned and replanted, there are a couple of small chippes in the wood, and there is a drop of paint on it's leg. Please see the pictures and video and judge for yourself. Size - Approximately 60" tall, 40" long and 16" wide. The seat is at approximately 60" tall.Shipping - This item is for pick up only.
