Description: This is an interesting piece! I don't know the name for the technique of a plastic overlay picture over paint. I have not taken it out of the frame so I don't know if there is an artist signature. Also, the plastic appears wavy under the glass so I am not sure if that is by design or due to age. The frame has scratches and the front of the picture would benefit from a proper cleaning. Please see photos for measurements and let me know if you have any questions.
