Description: This Auction is for a Vintage framed reproduction framed oil painting of Jenny Lind, the Swedish Opera Singer - Oct/4/1820- Nov/2/1887, painted by Eduard Magnus in 1862.There is a very old news article on the back of the frame written by Claudia Cassidy (1899-1996), who began writing for "On the Aisle" - Chicago Tribune in 1941. The original painting hangs in the Berlin National Gallery. There are a couple of tiny blemishes on the frame but I don't see anything on the actual painting.Overall outside measurement is approximately 12x14".Ask any questions prior to purchasing as All Sales Final.Thank you for your interest.
