Description: VINTAGE Bakelite Faturan 14K Gold CHERRY AMBER Brown Graduated NECKLACE Marbled Length: 23.5" when straightened and 11” when clasped. Beads are graduated and vary in size. The size of the LARGE center bead is 1.5” across and 1” tall. The next largest ones are 1.25” across and get smaller from there to clasp bilaterally. TESTED positive w/simichrome test and smell test Excellent Condition!!! I did quite a bit of research and believe these to be Faturan beads based on their appearance and color. Variety of shades-some darker and some lighter all marbled and beautiful. Some have a more streaky appearance in their marbling. I took photos in both natural and artificial light in order to depict unique colors and some semi transparency. Some of the pics are of the necklace drapped over a very bright light so you can see the light coming through some of the beads.
