Originally sold under the 'Arai Diamond' name, this guitar is a perfect blend of classic design and unique features. Crafted by the renowned Matsumoku factory, this guitar boasts a full hollow body and a 12-string setup, delivering a rich, resonant sound that’s distinctively vibrant. The single-coil pickups further enhance its bright, shimmering tones. Condition This guitar has been lovingly maintained over the past 55 years, though it does show signs of its age: There is a repaired crack below the 6th string's tuning peg and some cracks and peeling on the body binding. A shim has been added to adjust the neck angle. The neck has been adjusted to be nearly straight, and the truss rod works well in both directions. There are noticeable scratches and dings, reflecting its vintage status. The frets have been dressed, resulting in slightly lower frets but still plenty of height for smooth playability.
