Description: Vintage 1949 Beany & Cecil the Seasick Serpent Loch Ness Monster Soaky Bubble Bath Toy Measures 7 7/8 inches tall by 3 1/4 inches wide. Condition: Used, good overall shape. Made from hard, rigid plastic. There's two tiny punctures towards the bottom of the neck (one on the side and one on the bottom edge). Paint on eyes is in excellent shape with nice bold black and white details and eyelashes. Printing on bottom reads: Roclar Distributors, Beverly Hills, California USA.
