She was a teenager in the first half of the 40s. I think that she was given this bracelet before 1945. Her father traveled to New York twice a year and probably bought it on one of his trips. I cannot find a WL anywhere on the hearts, though it does say sterling. This bracelet looks classic Walter Lampl to me, but I can't be sure. His company designed over 750 different heart patterns. This bracelet includes 11 hearts. Seven of the hearts have the same pattern on both sides, and the other four are plain on one side.
