Description: A superb Lichfield bell pull in nickel plated solid brass. This is a really good quality reproduction of an Edwardian example (stamped 1905 on the handle) but this Gothic revival style was popular from the mid Victorian period and onwards. Based on an original reclaimed by the manufacturer.. The finish on this one is an antiques nickel but it can be polished back to shiny. The pull is designed to sit on the outside wall or frame next to the front door. The entire system is mechanically operated with a heavy duty return spring so could work with original door bells as well as reproductions.
