Description: Very hard to find Vintage Barbie Skipper Mattel #1941 All Spruced Up issued 1967 The hat is near mint Black squishy rubber flat shoes are excellent Stockings on cardboard forms are excellent-near mint The white vinyl shoulder purse had a broken strap on one side so I repaired it The dress has possibly been washed or left in the sun - it has a yellow ribbon as opposed to the orange ribbon on the hat, but in looking at past sales on eBay I have seen other dresses with the yellow ribbon One side of the ribbon shows wear - see picture Snaps and black buttons intact Skipper TM Mattel label All my shipments come carefully packaged with tracking and insurance Comes from a pet friendly home although I try and keep my cat away from my collection Any questions or additional pictures required please ask!
