Description: BLACK ANGUS VERNCO HAND HONED CARVING SET 2 KNIVES, FORK & ZIPPERED CASE HI-CV STAINLESS This carving set contains two (2) knives, large carving fork and zippered case. The set is made by Vernco. These utensils are made of HI-CV Stainless Steel. Overall length: 9" knife (blade length 4"), 12-1/4" knife (blade length 7"), and 10-3/4" carving fork (with two prongs. Prong lengths are 5-3/4" & 4-1/4"). There is a sheath for each knife plus 1 extra sheaf and slot (possibly missing a fourth knife). The two-prong fork does not have a sheath for the largest prong. These knives come in a black zippered case that measures 13-3/4" long x 4-1/2" wide. This meat carving set is pre-owned and in very good condition. The carving fork and 9" knife have not been used, the 12-1/4" knife has been sharpened. Zippered case is in very good condition.
