This note is very heavily circulated and has the following: very heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier creases and many areas of wrinkled folding - many folded-over areas); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has many smudges, many dark and dirty areas, many grease stains, many areas of discoloration, possible foreign substance); very heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed/folded-over - edges rough/damaged/folded-over/missing in many areas); many edge indents/nicks (tears exist and some are larger); heavy surface wear and fraying (areas of paper loss exist); several holes (some are larger); pieces missing due to heavy wear and possible damage.
