These little earrings have proved very popular, and I like to make them in a huge variety of colours, so please have a little look in my shop to see the range of colours I have at the moment. Your earrings will arrive carefully gift wrapped in beautiful Japanese Washi paper, or Christmas wrap, ready to give as a gift, or to unwrap as a present to yourself. Your earrings will arrive carefully wrapped in coloured tissue, along with the message card. In order to ensure that the earrings are protected in transit I don't assemble them onto the card. If you would prefer them presented on the card feel free to ask me to pierce the card for you, ready to pop the earrings through before giving them as a gift. These earrings are carefully handmade to order, no moulds or presses are used and therefore there are slight variations, making each pair beautifully unique. Each earring will measure between 5mm and 7mm. I make my earrings to order especially for you, so you will not receive the pair in the photo, although they will be made from exactly the same glass colour. The posts and backs are surgical steel, making them suitable for sensitive ears. The coloured front is made from specialist Italian glass which I melt directly onto the post, so they meld firmly together. Each earring is created individually in the flame, and once I am happy with the shape and size of each individual earring I place it in my digitally controlled kiln, where it is annealed for several hours, ensuring that when it is cooled the glass is strong and hard wearing for years to come. Whilst it is in the kiln the surgical steel sometimes darkens very slightly in colour on the metal post - when wearing the stud earrings this is not visible, and is entirely normal. My jewellery is hand made in my garden studio, and carefully quality checked before being presented for sale. All my items are made in my Gloucestershire (UK) studio, free from smoke, pets etc. Thank you for looking.
