Description: Woven herringbone straw hat with tropical decorations. Red fabric band that drops off brim in back. A Sombrero sits on top. Palm tree on side has a rhinestone coconut. Looks like some of the tiny colorful shells at the base of the tree are missing. On the other side is a beautiful reclining lady holding a bouquet of flowers. She is wearing a grass skirt, anklets, flower pasties, metal hoop earrings, and a flowered bandana. I don't see any plastic. It shows age but not abuse. My guess is 1930's-1950's. Stamped inside Mexico 7 1/4. 10 1/2" x 9 1/2" not including figure. 4 1/2" tall.
