With that, steelbooks sealed in plastic may have markings or scratching from shelf life. Without opening the steelbook entirely, there's no way of confirming whether or not its scratched. Unfortunately, I am not in a financial position to offer free shipping but will combine charges to be no higher than $5.00 if you order multiple items. If your address is not part of the global shipping program, I will not ship overseas. I have no problems making concessions but I also work full time and cannot always answer back right away.
