Description: Hi, This auction is for a darling 9” Effanbee Patsyette Composition 9” doll in very good condition. She has been redressed in a cute pink organdy dress edged with white lace, a white slip, white undies, white socks which could be original, and white tie shoes. One shoe is missing its rosette. The doll has brown painted hair which may have a couple of small paint touch upside the back. The composition is in very good condition. She was purchased from an estate sale in the Cleveland area.
