New case, fresh from CGC. The history of the signature: this is from my private collection. I purchased this book and had it signed by McFarlane back in the 1990s at the Shrine Comic-con in Los Angeles, way before CGC was even a thing. I took a picture of him signing my book but unfortunately can't find that picture. Either way, I'm selling this now as I actually have two copies of the book.
