Description: This is an a/c compressor / clutch service kit which is about 50 years old and is made or at least sold by Snap-on. 3 or 4 items were used at one time for one job it seems. I cleaned all tools and tested them to work. No tool looks used anymore except the GM hub installer which has some marks on the large nut. The tools may seem tight when screwed together. This is from cleaning and left dry. ALWAYS use some light mineral oil on the tool threads prior to use. You will need basic tools that you should always have : sockets, snap ring pliers, wrenches, 3-Jaw puller, gauge set, etc. Also included is a set of instructions and tool pictures. Buy 400 600 800 grit wet / dry sand paper to sand down the compressor shafts prior to shaft seal installation. [ Not included but great trade secret. ] Jobs you will be able to do : GM A5 long compressor :Replace clutch hub and shaft seal. GM A6 long compressor :Replace clutch hub and shaft seal up to about 1967 when GM went from a steel seal to a ceramic seal. Mopar RV2 compressor :Remove clutch assembly and shaft seal. Ford York compressor :Remove clutch assembly and shaft seal. You get everything in the first 10 pictures.11 tools1 plastic tool box1 set of instructions [ Instructions are Snap-On and Kent-Moore. I've added more instructions from my collection than needed. ] Pictures 11 and 12 are of an A5 compressor from 53 to 62. 100 day warranty. [ I will review any tool that is in warranty first. If it was used improperly, warranty is voided ]
