Description: Original 12"x12" light card stock promotional album flat poster. Scorpions -1984 - Love At First Sting album on Mercury Records. This is the original U.S. release with photo artwork by Helmut Newton which was later changed to a cover with a photo of the band after complaints from Walmart and some other retailers. Flat was printed in limited quantities and distributed in select U.S.A. record stores and radio stations to promote the new album release. Flat has some minor edge wear but overall is in excellent condition. Colors are vivid since flat has been in storage for 41 years. I worked at various music stores over 25 years and stashed plenty of flats along the way. The attic is full, and the closets are stuffed, so it is time to share with other music fans and collectors.
