Glass is large and bright, no scratches or haze, has some thin fungus near the edge on the front (near "Germany", and "Heidosmat" for example; see pictures). Don't think will affect images. A few dust specks, almost negligible in this large body. A small dent on the back rim, see last picture, but since you don't mount this lens directly on your camera, it shouldn't be a problem.
