Description: Vintage Mid Century Japanese Ikebana Basket Phoenix Hou-Ou Bird Woven Lamp and Vase Set. The birds on the lamp are carved wood. I believe the lamp was once a vase and later made into a lamp. The vase has what appears to be a pottery or stoneware type lining or insert which is not removable. Both are in very good condition. The lamp measures 22.75” to the top of the finial, 7” wide and 4.25” deep. The vase measures 6.5” high and 5.5” wide.
