Description: RARE Antique Jackson 77 made by Disston? Hand Saw with 5 Steeple Nuts in Handle 26" blade. 12 TPI. Seems to be one of a kind. Would be a wonderful addition for a collector. It has a beautiful handle very much like the one I found on a model 10 Disston. Could this actually be a model 10 Disston? We don't know. We have heard there may have been some model 10 Disstons without markings. The blade is stamped "Jackson 77 Cast Steel Warranted". I have seen a few saws marked Jackson, but none that look like this stamp. Note: We only cleaned in areas of markings. We did no further cleaning. Please see photos.
