Description: You are bidding on a very rare Walt Disney World 100 Years of Magic Celebration of a Century Event Press Lanyard from 2001. This lanyard was given to members of the press for admittance to the Walt Disney World 100 Years of Magic Celebration of the Century event held at the Disney-MGM Studios Theme Park on December 5, 2001. This was the official kickoff of an 18-month celebration of the 100th birthday of Walt Disney held at Walt Disney World. The Disney-MGM Studios was the host of the celebration. The Walt Disney Company invited entertainment VIP's, television and movie stars to take part in the celebration. The event took place from 8PM to 1AM and had special entertainment, food, and a special parade only shown at the event. The lanyard has a laminated map of the park with locations highlighted for the party entertainment and food and beverage. The lanyard tag measures 3 3/8" by 6 3/4".
