Description: Featured is a 1937 postcard (dated from the # at bottom right border) depicting a view of 69th Street at Upper Darby, Pennsylvania ... Readily visible: Woolworth's 5 & 10 and the PENN FRUIT CO. A Rare PC. * PC is New Old Stock, essentially 'new", Near Mint / Mint Condition. The reason I add Near Mint is that there may be the very slightest age toning to the white surface of one of the cards. Otherwise, cards are crisp, clean and pristine. This postcard is from the Curt Teich Archives. The card has been in our possession for approximately 15+ years ... long before the Curteich digitally archived found their permanent home with The Newberry Institute. At the time of our acquisition, the Lake County Discovery Museum in IL was the custodian of the company's records, having served in that capacity since 1982.
