I did find online that David McKay was at the Washington Square location in Philadelphia between 1904 to 1930, so the book was published sometime between those dates. This copy has a good amount of cover wear(ends, corners, edges) and hinges cracked inside but the textblock is stable. Interior is generally very good. 5 1/8" x 7 5/8" x 1 1/2"
