As best I can tell, neither the base nor the shade is marked, but manufactured by Phoenix Glass Company. Shade measures 11 7/8" in diameter, and is 5 7/8" tall. When assembled, lamp stands 20" tall. Displays beautifully, and sold just as-found, unpolished, with original warm patina to the metal base. Glass shade has a small shallow flake to the INTERIOR of the bottom edge, not seen when shade is in place. (see close-up photo) Otherwise, shade appears excellent, no other chips or cracks.
