Description: Rare opportunity to go back in time and complete the Panini sticker album released in 1978 for the World Cup held in Argentina. Panini World Cup 78 part complete Sticker album. This album contains 303 stickers. 97 spaces remain and this album comes with the 97 to complete it. These can be seen under the relevant pages, they are from our recovered range and are in nice order and the perfect compliment to this album. Please see pics as all bar France, Tunisia, Mexico and Poland are pictured. This is due to the listing only being allowed 24 images. These other four teams have been photographed should anyone wish to see them. These stickers in unused form are now 45 years old and as such can be tricky if not sometimes impossible to seperate from their backing. No such problem here with what we have supplied. Original stickers with a modern day backing. Condition report as follows: Cover condition: Fair/Good. Minimal signs of handling. Slightly heavier central dip, not uncommon on this album due to the positioning of the stickers. Inscriptions: None. Staples: Good. Loose Pages: None. Damp spotting: None. Additional notes: 1. Some age related discolouration to pages. 2. Some surface paper roughness to the top and top left of Juan Manuel Asensi of Espana team (enlarge Espana page). 3. The 303 in the album have been placed on the whole very well so this finishing task would suit an enthusiast with an eye for detail. 4. A little gentle top right dog earring has taken place from page 33 to end. This is a little more aggressive on its journey to the end (see pics). Overall 7.5/10 a fair/good example.
