Description: Very rare original Orotone photograph of an unknown young woman. In beautiful condition in its original frame with the Seattle studio label on the back. Dates to around 1920. Curtis mark lower right as shown. Image measures 8 1/4” x 6 1/8”. Curtis became famous for his extensive photographic record of Native Americans in the first several decades of the twentieth century.
