Description: Official 32-page Sequoia National Park booklet, published by the United States Department of the Interior in 1939. It measures 9¼" x 6" and contains information on hiking trails, saddle-horse trips, road signs, park regulations, tourist accommodations, and miscellaneous services in the park. There are two maps, including a centerfold map of the park and more than a half-dozen black-and-white photographs, including views of Moro Rock in winter and the General Sherman Tree. Condition: This vintage booklet is in excellent condition, bright, tight, and clean, with no rips, tears, or writing. The staples show a bit of rust, and a previous owner has stamped her name on the back cover. Please see the scans and feel free to ask any questions. We may also have an official U.S. Department of the Interior booklet on Sequoia and General Grant National Parks, published in 1930 and listed in our eBay store as item # 224590025125.
