Description: Bottom screen is IPS display. Top screen is in fair condition, has a few marks and imperfections from having the top lens previously replaced. Some minor debris appears to be underneath. Overall these imperfections aren't too bad, however they can be sometimes noticed during gameplay. Bottom screen has some faint marks, is in overall decent condition. Joystick is in good condition however can stick if too much pressure is applied. Top of unit has mild scratches, not very noticable during normal use or normal lighting. Corners have more heavier wear. Corners and hinges have wear, appears to be scuffs/heavier marks. Bottom of unit has moderate to heavy scratches. Hinge is on the looser end, flops around a bit when shaken. Please note this is by design by Nintendo and not a flaw. Unit has been fully tested and works well. Includes: US console, official stylus,official charger, and 4gb memory card. No games included. Item will be shipped in a well padded box
