Nikon S9700 + Nikon S9900 *PARTS or REPAIR

Description: Up for sale are TWO (2x) Nikon CoolPix cameras. Both are NOT functioning properly. Nikon CoolPix S9700:We had purchased this unit brand new in July 2014. Cosmetically still in very good shape. It has always been handled carefully and regularly stored in a carrying case, however there was a recent incident were it was being used but unexpectedly dropped (while powered off). The lens still moves in and out properly. There is NO lens error, but it will now not focus properly. When taking a picture, it will focus momentarily and then unfocus when actually taking the picture. The front lens shutter also does not open/close properly. This camera has never been disassembled. Nikon CoolPix S9900:This unit came in a lot of salvage electronics. We do not know any history behind this unit. The lens makes crunching sounds when moving in and out (dirt?), there is dirt behind the lens, it does not focus, and when zooming it freezes and reports a lens error.
