This note is heavily circulated, ragged, damaged, and has the following: very heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier creases and many areas of wrinkled folding - many areas of damage exist); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has many smudges, many dark and dirty areas, grease and/or rust stains, areas of discoloration, foreign substance); very heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed - edges rough/damaged in many areas); many edge indents/nicks/tears (many large, damaging tears exist); very heavy surface wear and fraying (many areas of surface damage exist); if any holes exist they are small; many pieces missing due to heavy wear and damage.
